When you register on the Platform to book a Meal, we ask you to provide certain Personal Information, such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number, and first six digits of your Mastercard Card.

We may also collect other preferences in connection with your Meal including special requests for your meal such as where you would like to sit or if you require a high chair. You may also choose to disclose any dietary restrictions and/or medical conditions that you want us to know about in the context of the Meal. You acknowledge that any sensitive Personal Information you provide will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

If you choose to disclose information about a guest attending a Meal, such as their dietary requirements, we will also collect information about your guest. You acknowledge that any guest you register has agreed to the processing of their Personal Information as described in this Privacy Notice and the Terms and Conditions.
