As a Mastercard cardholder, one (1) person get to dine for free with a minimum of two (2) persons dining per table. The main course of the least value will be considered as complimentary at redemption upon paying with a Mastercard branded card.

The Mastercard One Dines Free Program is available in the following participating countries/cities.

  • Japan - Osaka & Tokyo

You may change the date/time of your reservation or the number of person booked by entering your Booking Code here at least 24 hours in advance. The amendments are subject to availability and at the discretion of the restaurant.

You may cancel the reservation by entering your Booking Code here. You will receive an email confirmation on your cancelled booking, otherwise, the booking shall still be considered as confirmed booking.

All bookings are subjected to restaurants' availablity. A reservation confirmation email/SMS will be sent to you within 2 hours (restaurants' operational hours) once the booking is confirmed.

As long as the date and time of the restaurant is available for booking, you will be able to make as many bookings as you wish.

The reservation shall be held for 15 minutes from the reserved date and time. Afterwhich, it will be at restaurant’s discretion to release the table booking. If you will be late, you can inform the restaurant directly and they will do their best to accommodate your revised timing.

Kindly check with the restaurant for any specific dress code.

You may check your reservation status here too. The SMS and email alert service depends on your mobile service provider and email provider. You may wish to check your Junk or Spam folder for the email confirmation. If none of the above works for you, please inform us here.
No, you do not need to make any form of payment online. You will only need the booking confirmation ID and pay with a Mastercard branded card when you are at the restaurant.
Yes, you are able to make a reservation at restaurants on the platform. However, this is subjected to country's dine-out policy as mandated by the Government. E.g. In Singapore, only up to 5 diners are allowed per table.
